President
Fearless Leader! You will manage and evaluate the activities of the board. You have a way with words, running our meetings, providing your awesome leadership and making sure we stay on track with our procedures and bylaws.

You are the glue to the board. Helping other board members when needed. Assisting the President and filling in their absence. Bylaws are your jam, even though it's only a once a year review.

Organization? Google drive? Set up meetings? If this sounds like you, let us know. You are highly organized, pay attention to details and keep the board functioning. Filing, record updating, meeting notifications, recording and distributing meeting minutes. These things do not scare you off!

Are you a modest spender? Not too frugal but not an over spender? This position might be for you! You will help us not go bankrupt while helping keep the books balanced. Grant applications, budgets and yearly audits will be your thing.

The heart of our community: Volunteers! You will play a vital role in organizing and making sure our volunteers have the correct information for their volunteer shifts

Events
Social butterfly! Planning is your thing and coordinating events is a breeze for you. You easily deal with the public, while giving direction to the event's volunteers

Bingo
B-I-N-G-O! Chairing a bingo? No problem! Making sure the volunteers show up? Not an issue. Bingos are fun and vital to our programs and events within our community league.

Young at heart! That's how our seniors are. They are carefree and spontaneous. Every meeting is different at "The Hub".

Soccer is not just a sport, it's a passion! You will act as a liason between EMSA and the community league. You are passionate about the game and will coordinate with our coaches with all their equipment needs.

A Jack of all trades. You are the gatekeeper of the community league hall. Coordinating with contractors. Facilitating repairs.

Rentals
You are a good judge of character while being just and fair at the same time. Meeting people in person and updating their contracts and rental agreements is a breeze. Maintaining a pre and post use checklist is not an issue

Keeping our books organized. Finding any discrepancies. Reconciliations, deposits and payments of invoices are just some of the things our bookkeeper does.

Annual Membership is only $25 per household!
